Join us for a fun, interactive cooking class with Chef Brittany, where you’ll learn how to create fresh fettuccine pasta by hand and pair it with two comforting Italian sauces. From mixing and kneading fresh pasta dough to rolling and cutting delicate fettuccine noodles, this class is a delicious introduction to traditional Italian cooking techniques. Under Chef Brittany’s expert guidance, you’ll prepare both a rich and creamy Alfredo sauce and a nutty brown butter sage sauce, learning how simple ingredients come together to create restaurant-worthy dishes. What You’ll Make:

You’ll mix and knead fresh pasta dough, roll and cut homemade fettuccine noodles, and prepare two classic sauces: a creamy Alfredo sauce and a brown butter sage sauce infused with rich, savory flavor. Our classes are designed to be casual, approachable, and fun for everyone—whether you’re a pasta enthusiast or a first-timer trying something new. Your workstation will be fully prepped, making this an easy and enjoyable experience for any occasion.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in.

You will be seated with your booking party. Guests in the same booking will work together by sharing ingredients and equipment. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and ARE NOT included in the ticket price. Outside beverages are not permitted. 21+
