Do I need any breathwork experience?

Not at all. This session is open to everyone,  whether it’s your first time or you’ve practiced before. Anthony will guide you through each step with care and clarity.

What should I prepare before the session?

Bring a yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on, a blanket, and water for after the session. Wear loose, comfy clothes you can move and breathe in. Avoid heavy meals an hour before we start.

How long is the session?

The entire experience lasts around 90-120 minutes, including grounding, guided breathwork, and integration time.

What might I feel during breathwork?

Accepted Answer

Everyone’s experience is unique,  you might feel tingling, warmth, emotional release, or deep calm. All sensations are part of your body’s natural reset process. You are always in control and can slow down or pause anytime.

Is this suitable for people with medical conditions?

If you have any respiratory, cardiovascular, pregnant or mental health conditions, please consult your doctor before joining. Breathwork can be powerful, and your comfort and safety always come first.

Absolutely. Breathwork is even more meaningful when shared. Have your friend grab their own ticket and join you at Forte Lab.
