Sip and Create | Make Your Own Kombucha

Join us for a hands-on kombucha workshop where you'll learn the art of brewing this beloved fermented tea, perfect for sipping warm or chill

Come for the art, stay for the fun! ArtsWestchester welcomes you to Gallery Night Out: Sip & Create, a monthly social for adults 18 and over in downtown White Plains. From January through December, a creative expert will lead guests through a hands-on art-making project designed to spark imagination.

Join us for a hands-on kombucha workshop and learn the art of brewing this popular fermented tea at home. Chef Matt Leonen will guide you through the entire process, taking the mystery out of fermentation and giving you the confidence to brew on your own.

Throughout the session, you will sample freshly brewed kombucha, explore different flavor combinations and personalize a jar with a custom design to take home. Kombucha is perfect for sipping warm or chilled, and each guest leaves with a starter (SCOBY) to continue brewing at home.

All materials provided. No experience necessary—just sip, create, and enjoy!
