CCB is the first performance out of twenty. Davis will be riding through NH, VT & MA this summer for 24 days,  totaling 900 miles!

Andy Davis bikes his long distance way all around New England every summer, looking for and finding enthusiastic audiences to hear his stories, tales informed by a lifetime of travel and activism. After a career with partner Andrea Walsh, being the gracious hosts and leaders at World Fellowship Center, a New Hampshire Summer retreat center for social justice and beautiful rest and solace, Andy has taken up story-making in an ambitious and wonder-filled way. Andy will be telling “Reaching for the Moon: Stories About Bending the Arc of the MoralUniverse,” a set of social justice stories, including historical tales, personal stories and abit of folklore, about maintaining hope and standing up for what’s right in the mostdifficult of times.“I love when a teller can entertain, delight and educate so seamlessly,” said ElinorBenjamin, of Halifax, Nova Scotia, past president of Storytellers of Canada. “Andycertainly does all that.” Andy Davis got his start as a storyteller telling comic tales by candlelight in Mexicanrefugee camps 30 years ago. He has since broadened and refined his craft and hasentertained audiences from Bamako to Seattle with his signature blend of infectioushumor, sly wisdom, and a cheerfully subversive spirit. He lives with his wife in a littlehome-made house in Tamworth, New Hampshire.
