We'll begin with a water releasing ceremony followed by an intention setting ceremony before settling into the celestial viewing accompanied by crystal singing bowls, chimes, and drums. This intention acts as a gentle guide you to relax as sound guides you toward reflection, relaxation, and renewal.

What should I bring?

You are welcome to bring a blanket to make yourself extra cozy during the experience. The event will take place in comfortable movie theater seating, so nothing else is required except an open mind.

How should I prepare?

To prepare, I recommend drinking plenty of water before and after the sound bath. Sound healing is often described as a "sonic massage" for the mind and body. Staying hydrated can help you feel your best and support the relaxation process.

Do I need any experience with meditation or sound healing?

Not at all. This experience is designed for everyone, whether it is your first sound bath or your hundredth. There is nothing you need to do, achieve, or get right. Simply arrive, get comfortable, and allow yourself to receive the experience.

What happens to the brain during a sound bath?

During a sound bath, the brain often shifts into slower brainwave states, including theta waves, which are commonly associated with meditation, creativity, intuition, and dreaming. In this relaxed state, you may find it easier to observe thoughts and emotions without becoming attached to them.
