A physiological and mental reset for body and mind.

The Experience

From the moment you arrive at Rome FCO airport, you can switch off – we take care of everything in our signature “IceNurse & Filoxygen style.” You will stay in a cozy, secluded mountain hut. Far away from civilization, this is the perfect place to clear your mind and wake up to fresh mountain air.

Our days follow a conscious, regenerative rhythm:

Focus & Physiology: We start the day gently with deep breathwork sessions and a light breakfast.

Nature & Cold Exposure: On guided hikes through the breathtaking landscapes of the Abruzzo region, we use clear, cool mountain lakes for refreshing and professionally guided cold dips.

Slow Living on the Water: On one late afternoon, we glide across the mirror-like Lago di Posta Fibreno in Canadian canoes at sunset. A local guide introduces us to the fascinating ecosystem of this lake, which is fed by a powerful natural spring.

Culture & Cuisine: Our private chef Rosalba will treat us to honest, regional cuisine. In a shared cooking workshop, you will discover the secrets behind these dishes. We enhance our meals with wild-foraged local ingredients (such as fresh autumn truffles), making the deep connection to nature tangible even through food.
