What is a Women's Circle?

A Circle is a sacred space for women to intentionally gather & deepen connection to self, Source, & the collective.Women’s Circles have been around since ancient times, and while modern day circles may have a different flow, you can still expect ritual & ceremony to be a part of the experience.

What Should I Bring?

A water bottle & mug for tea
A notebook & pen, yoga mat, blanket (extras will be available if you forget!)
If you wish to dress in the spirit of your inner goddess, wonderful! If you want to come cozy in your pjs or sweaty after a workout, equally as wonderful!

What Will Be Provided?

Accepted Answer

An altar space with candles, aromatherapy sprays, & oracle cards. 
A  yoga bolster to sit on as well as hot water and tea.
Extra blankets, yoga mats, notebooks, & pens will be available incase you forget!

What is a Reiki-infused Sound Bath?

Accepted Answer

“Reiki” means “life force energy”. It is a healing energy technique that was developed in Japan to bring energetic balance to the body. The practice is based  on the ancient premise that everything is energy. It can travel across time and space. I will send it out during the sound bath.

Where do I park?

Free parking on side streets, paid parking at the Church + State and Transformer Station lot.
