The Menu

Amuse‑Bouche: Serrano Croqueta with guava‑chili micro dot and micro cilantro


Soup Course: Elevated Caldo Gallego — white bean velouté with Southern greens and Cuban bread


Main Course: Cuban‑spiced braised short rib over Carolina Gold arroz meloso, with roasted heirloom carrots glazed in citrus and cumin


Dessert: Guava‑Lime Tres Leches — light, vibrant, and finished with toasted coconut crumble
