Join ministry leaders from across the Diocese of Honolulu for the annual Island Leadership Retreat, a weekend of prayer, renewal, and fellowship centered on this year’s theme:

Led by Pat Kane, a longtime ministry leader and former Associate Director of Youth Ministry for the Diocese of Providence, this retreat invites participants to step away from the busyness of ministry and rediscover prayer as the source of fruitful leadership and stewardship.

• Open to adults (18+) serving or interested in ministry leadership.
• Transportation to and from St. Stephen Diocesan Center is on your own.
• Begins on Friday, July 17 at 6:00pm and ends on Sunday, July 19 at 11:00am.
• Overnight accommodations are included and are shared retreat-style rooms.
• Please bring comfortable clothing, toiletries, medications, and any personal items needed for the weekend.
• Space is limited; advance registration is required.
• Registration is requested no later than Friday, July 10, 2026.
