We'll taste through paired flights of the same grape variety — one farmed and made conventionally, one naturally — and work through what we're actually picking up, and why.No preaching. No agenda. Just wine, your palate, and some surprising results.What to expect:Six wines across three blind pairs. Each flight reveals one grape variety — think Chardonnay, Gamay, Grenache — sourced from producers on opposite ends of the farming spectrum. You'll taste blind, record your impressions, make your call, and then we'll open it up: what gave it away? What didn't?
