4th Annual Live. Laugh. Learn. 2026 (Free Registration)
Our theme, “Change Your Mind. Change Your Habits. Choose to Thrive,” encourages us to move from knowing to doing.
The Breast Cancer GAPS Project invites you to the Fourth Annual Live. Laugh. Learn.
A Breast, Colon & Prostate Cancer Awareness & Prevention Event on Saturday, October 10, 2026, at the University of Minnesota Cancer Research Center.
This year’s theme is “Change Your Mind. Change Your Habits. Choose to Thrive”. The event is an education-focused experience, bringing Black women and men, survivors, families, healthcare professionals, and community partners together. The goal is to increase awareness, improve access to trusted health information, and promote prevention, early detection, and healthier lifestyles.
This event is unique, as the conversation expands beyond breast cancer to include prostate and colon cancer. Attendees will have opportunities to learn, ask questions, connect with resources, and advocate for their health.
Live. Laugh. Learn. is about more than receiving information—it’s about knowing how to use it.
Come ready to learn from experts, participate in interactive conversations, explore health and wellness resources, and leave with practical knowledge you can implement in your everyday life and healthcare journey.
Join us as we move beyond awareness to action and continue building healthier communities through education, connection, and empowerment.
