First Course | Amuse-Bouche
Smoked Quail Egg & Caviar
Smoked quail egg served with onion jam, cornbread, chile ancho aioli, smoked jalapeño powder, microgreens, and caviar.
Second Course
Texas Tomato Symphony
A vibrant combination of heirloom tomatoes, compressed melon, caramelized peach, pecans, candied pepitas, micro frisée, and a bright lemon vinaigrette.
Third Course
Langoustine with Sweet Corn Succotash
Succulent langoustine served over sweet corn succotash, finished with green oil, crispy basil, and fresh pea tendrils.
