Join us for an interactive session with participation in-person or online (via Zoom) where we’ll be learning about important aspects of Mental Health, Healing, and Growth. Through educational sessions, open dialogue, and practical tools, participants will gain a deeper understanding of the brain, emotions, and responses to life's challenges while learning strategies to support their well-being.Learning sessions will be available both in person and via Zoom, while group discussions and interactive activities will be offered in person to encourage meaningful connection and community building.This safe and supportive space is rooted in compassion, hope, and resilience, while honoring Haitian culture, family, spirituality, and community values. Participants will explore brain health and practical wellness tools, connect with others, and find encouragement, support, and a sense of belonging.Whether you are seeking to better understand yourself, heal from life's experiences, or connect with others on a similar journey, this session offers an opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive together.
