CDNY is an all-inclusive dance community committed to providing a fun and safe environment for everyone.  Our website hosts guidelines to help everyone walk into our dances with an idea of what to expect and best practices to allow all attendees to have a welcome experience, feeling accepted and respected for their unique identities.If your experience falls short of that in some way, please speak to one of our onsite event host / board members who will be happy to assist with any issues you may be experiencing.

<h2>Get Ready for the CDNY 2026 Dance Lab Series!</h2><p>Join us in person for an exciting journey through movement and creativity. The Dance Lab Series is a set of workshops focused on exploring new steps, connecting with fellow dance lovers, and having a blast on the floor.</p><p>The goal of them is not only to have fun dancing, but to improve our dance skills by focusing on various elements such as graceful recovery from mistakes, giving weight, helpful non-verbal communication, being a great partner, and more!  </p><p>Whether you're a seasoned dancer or just looking to try something fresh, this series is your go-to spot for inspiration and fun. Don’t miss out on the rhythm, the vibe, and the chance to move like never before!</p>
