<p>Join us for a morning of rhythm, healing, connection, and community in the natural beauty of Tree Tops Park.</p><p>For centuries, drumming has been used across cultures as a powerful tool for healing, meditation, self-expression, stress relief, and community connection. Through intentional rhythm and shared experience, we create space to release what no longer serves us, regulate the nervous system, cultivate presence, and reconnect with ourselves and one another.</p><p>No drumming experience is necessary.
