Carefully curated sounds and spoken movement guides offer a magical and transformative experience by reconnecting to nature for a renewed sense of aliveness. Our audio artist:Laura DoehlerKirstie Simson The audios are there for you to tune and align your own nature that is free and able to move no matter what ability, age or background.We celebrate a freedom of movement rather than looks and movement that emerges from the connection of our own with that of our surrounding nature.Join us in Garthorne Road Nature Reserve or (!) sign up to receive the audios to make it a personal event which may take place anywhere across the world.

Starting at the same time, even if in different locations, this is a collective experience where dance return to the land which is where it came from a long time ago. By fine tuning attention to sensory input in nature via audio guides, you can observe how you are moved by what you see and sense, remembering nature to be part of you, part of determining where and what you will move into next.At Garthorne, we will begin with gathering and warming up together where a radio installation spreads the sound amongts trees and meadows, setting an ambience to soften tone and inspire ways to move which are simple and accessible. Each person finds their own way to relate to the invitations to move. even resting and observing is welcome. After that, we'll give you some headphones to go for a walk on your own and exprience how the world around you opens up in new ways as hearing, seeing, feeling and moving become more aware and free to engage.

Before and after11am - doors will open We invite you to roam, pause and breathe.11:30am - we make a start together to warm up 12:30-2pm - 2 audio guides invite you to explore the terrain, each about half an hour with half an hour break to simply be.2pm - we share a potluck picknick lunch with you that we invite you to contribute.
