Summer Mixology Workshop @ Hiatus Craft House

Ventura County’s largest craft distillery and beverage incubator was born from a passion for making and a compulsion to create. Key infusion ingredients are locally sourced. All products are handmade, produced, and bottled by the owners on-site. Book a group guided tasting or drop in for a dram. Select from our whiskeys (bourbon, rye and American single malt), gins, vodkas, rums, and agave spirits, as well as liqueurs, crèmes and signature cocktails. Hiatus Craft House is available for private events. All profits are donated to NewCo Foundation, supporting special needs populations and young entrepreneurs in Ventura County. ¡Agua de Vida!
