What is your refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable, but they are fully transferable. If you can no longer make it, you are welcome to gift or sell your ticket to another family.

A delicious children's meal is included with every child's ticket! Adult tickets do not include food or drink, but adults are welcome to purchase their own food and beverages from the Chef's Market menu during the event.

Yes! The event features a dedicated meet-and-greet and photo opportunity time. Bring your phones and cameras—our princesses love posing for personal photos with their new royal friends.

What should my child wear?

Royal attire is highly encouraged! Whether it’s a favorite princess gown, a prince costume, or their finest Sunday best, dressing up makes the experience even more unforgettable. Please only children in costumes.
