OFF THE HOOK Seafood Festival RETURNS to the iconic Santa Monica Pier on Sunday, Oct. 11, to celebrate National Seafood Month, the 100-year Anniversary of Route 66, AND to raise funds for Heal the Bay!Santa Monica's premier food festival showcases the city's best restaurants and chefs with their favorite underwater ingredients.
