In this workshop, Tim will lead you through the history, culture, and peoples that make up the subcontinent's treasured drink -- tracing the thousand-year journey of the tea plant and the hands that shaped it along the way. Expect a live chai demonstration, a deep dive into spices, and the chance to craft your own blend to take home.
