When do tickets go on sale?

Tickets are released on Eventbrite one month prior to each concert at 12 p.m.

What does my ticket include?

Accepted Answer

- Admission of one vehicle with up to eight guests.
- Early access to the grounds of Dyer Observatory.
- A complimentary telescope viewing following the concert. (weather permitting)
- Access to premiere singer-songwriters from the Bluebird Cafe.

When can I arrive on-site?

4 p.m. is when the gates open for the 8 p.m. show.

Can we arrive in multiple cars?

No. Each ticket allows entry for one vehicle only. All guests must arrive together.

Question 5

What should I bring?

Accepted Answer

Guests are encouraged to bring blankets, lawn chairs, low tables, coolers, food and beverages. We do not provide seating. Please bring bug spray!

Question 6

What does picnicking look like?

Accepted Answer

There will be no food or beverage provided at this event. Guests may pack in and pack out whatever they desire.

Question 7

Is alcohol allowed?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Alcohol is allowed. We ask that all guests please drink responsibly and have a designated driver. The road to and from Dyer Observatory is curvy, narrow and dark. Please dispose of all trash in one of the many trash bins on the property before leaving the event.
