If you’ve been feeling busy, stretched, overstimulated or constantly “on”, this is your invitation to pause. No experience is needed. No need to know how to meditate. Nothing to perform or get right. This session is suitable for: those seeking rest, relaxation, stress relief, emotional reset, better sleep support, or time to reconnect with themselves.Not suitable for: First trimester of pregnancy, sound-sensitive conditions, unmanaged epilepsy, or anyone with a pacemaker/implanted medical device unless cleared by a medical professional.
