Is this class kid-friendly?

Yes ages 4+ are welcomed. This is a family-oriented program.  If you do bring your kid, PARENTS are encouraged to PARTICIPATE as this builds a child's confidence in training. Warning: There may be mention of domestic abuse & violence related topics.

Do I have to do any physical activities?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the class requires light to moderate physical activities including some stretching & other movements but we understand that some may be limited physically, triggered, and/or uncomfortable with touch. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring water.

Question 3

Is this class FREE?

Accepted Answer

Yes, this class is FREE. We do ask each student to make a Sliding Scale Donation of $5 - $25 per class in appreciation for the knowledge. Whatever you can afford.

Do I have to participate the entire time?

Accepted Answer

No, we understand that some may be limited physically, triggered, and/or uncomfortable with touch but is recommended to participate as much as you can to fully benefit from the class.
