Upon arrival, you will be greeted with a welcome cocktail and light bites. Our pairing and tasting begins with a bright and briny Golden Kaluga caviar paired with our White Moscatel cask finished bourbon. Next, we will taste a complex and savory Bourbon Barrel Smoked Trout Roe alongside our Sauternes wine cask finished bourbon. From there, we will explore the buttery and umami-rich White Sturgeon caviar with our Caramelized Maple Brulee finished bourbon. Lastly, we will close with the balanced and lasting pairing of a Bourbon Barrel Smoked Paddlefish caviar alongside our Long Strange Drip Small Batch Honey Cask Finished Bourbon. All Bourbons are served at cask strength.
