What do I need to bring?

You can still bring your own mat to use during the event if you prefer taking home a unopened and unused yoga mat. Otherwise, a free yoga mat will be available for use for the event. Besides, you can bring a water bottle or any other helpful props.  Most importantly, an open heart!!!

Do I need previous Yoga experience to attend the event?

Accepted Answer

No previous yoga experience needed — we offer gentle, accessible movements. If you have physical limitations, please honor your body and choose modified postures. Make it your own practice, even in a group setting.
