Cabernet Sauvignon may be the world's most famous red grape, but it definitely doesn't taste the same everywhere. In this fun and relaxed tasting class, we'll take your palate on a trip around the globe, exploring how Cabernet changes from the elegant, earthy wines of France to the bold, fruit-driven styles of California, Australia, South Africa, and Chile.
We'll taste our way through five great wine regions, compare their unique personalities, and talk about why the same grape can produce such different wines. Expect plenty of stories, a little wine geekery, and lots of delicious Cabernet along the way. Whether you're a longtime Cab lover or just curious to learn more, this is a great chance to sip, compare, and discover a few new favorites. Cheers! 🍷
