A sound bath is a guided experience using crystal singing bowls and other instruments to support deep relaxation, stress reduction, and nervous system regulation. Participants lie comfortably while sound and gentle guidance help the body settle into rest.

Do I need experience with meditation or sound healing?

No experience is needed. This session is designed to be accessible for beginners and welcoming for all bodies.

Question 3

What should I bring?

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and a pillow for comfort and warmth. Limited mats, pillows, blankets and bolsters are available for rent - $8 each or all four for $28.

Question 4

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax and lie still. If you tend to get cold when you relax, you may wear warm socks and even mittens.

Will there be movement or touching?

No physical movement is required, and there is no hands-on touch. You are always in control of your experience.

Yes. This session is specifically designed to support stress reduction, emotional regulation, and deep rest.
