Spend some time learning all about different kinds of chocolate, and the best ways to use them, choose them, and store them. By the time the class is comes to a sweet end, you’ll have produced the viral pistachio and kataifi Dubai chocolate bar, a batch of the chewiest chocolate brownies, and a refreshing frozen white hot chocolate.</p><p>Hands-on class. You will be working with a small team. You will take home your chocolate goodies.</p>
