Based on the Positive Intelligence® framework, this session explores the internal patterns that influence decision-making, leadership effectiveness and resilience under pressure.
Participants will:
- Identify common self-sabotaging patterns
- Build awareness of reactive behaviours
- Learn practical techniques for responding more effectively under pressure
- Improve personal effectiveness and leadership presence
About Sally Ann Eddmenson, PCC, STCP
Sally is an executive and systemic team coach who works with senior leaders and leadership teams navigating complexity, growth and change. With a background spanning media and real estate across the UAE, UK and USA, she helps leaders strengthen collaboration, improve communication and align teams around shared goals.
She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Systemic Team Coaching Practitioner (STCP), known for creating engaging, practical learning experiences that translate insight into action. She is also a founding member of Empower Teams, a collective of credentialled team coaches based in Nashville, Tennessee. Originally from England, Sally has visited 67 countries, climbed Kilimanjaro, and has been learning improv this year (just for fun!)
Networking will be from 5:30-6 p.m. Workshop begins at 6pm. Drinks will be provided. Street parking is available as are a few spaces behind the venue (first come, first served).
