Limited to just 40 guests, this intimate event will feature a selection of chef-curated tapas(4x Courses), each paired with a premium Avión tequila. As each pairing is served, Executive Chef David will share the inspiration behind the dish, while our spirits expert provides insight into the tequila's history, production, and tasting notes.
