Do I need to be a BFT member to participate?

No. The BFT TRI is open to everyone. Members, friends, family, runners, HYROX athletes, and anyone looking for a fun Labor Day challenge are welcome.

How are start times assigned?

Participants will start in waves of three every 10 minutes beginning at 7:00 AM. Your official start time will be emailed approximately one week before the event.

What if I've never used a SkiErg before?

That's completely fine. Both the SkiErg and RowErg are easy to learn, and BFT coaches will be available before the event to answer questions and help you feel comfortable before your race begins.
