Through gentle, supportive postures, you will release physical tension and invite deep relaxation into the nervous system.</li><li>​Conscious Breathwork: Use the power of your breath to shift stagnant energy, process stored emotions, and create space for clarity and peace.</li><li>​Manifesting Ritual, Journaling &amp; Tea: Sip on a soothing blend of warm herbal tea curated in Hawaii as we transition into an intentional manifesting ritual. Through guided journaling, you will honor your journey, clarify your vision, and call in your highest intentions.</li><li>​Chakra Dance: End the afternoon with joyful, liberating movement.
