Come to reconnect, communicate, and grow together at Committed & Connected: A Touch, Talk, Trust Experience for Couples. This intimate workshop is designed to help couples rebuild safety, strengthen communication, and reignite intimacy through guided discussions and connection-focused activities. Includes a relaxing couples stretch session to help you unwind and reconnect.

As a special gift, each couple will receive a complimentary exercise mat to support their continued stretching, connection, and wellness practices at home.

Doors will open at 10:00 a.m. so couples can settle in, enjoy light refreshments, and connect with one another before the event begins. The program will start promptly at 10:30 a.m.
