What should I bring?

A water bottle, a yoga mat, and a positive attitude! *Optional: sweat towel, resistance bands if you prefer your own*

What should I wear?

We would love to adhere to a neutral/muted color scheme (Stay away from black as we will be in the sun). We want everyone to feel part of a group, or a collective if you will, and we will have a group picture at the end!  (P.S. we attached a mood board at the top of the page for inspo! )

I'm nervous!

So are we :) We are here to guide and support you in any way we can.If you're scared to come alone, invite a friend or DM us on Instagram (@fitaquariusbch & @cinxlashay) and we will make sure you have a buddy or two before the day of. Don't let your fears stop you from being great!

Where do I park?

There are free designated parking spots on a first come first serve basis. There is additional parking in the SONO Mall garage across the street.
