FOILED AGAIN! - A Paper Foiling Workshop

Do you find your prints lacking a lil' pizzazz? Are you unsatisfied with "gold-colored" imagery when what you want is ***GOLD*** ! Do you want to gaze into your prints and see yourself gazing back at you? Learn to print imagery and text with reflective, metallic materials with thermography foiling. This process uses laser printing, hot lamination, and thermographic foil to add these elements to flat works on paper. In this workshop, we will review laser and inkjet printing, digital and physical collage, and the effective use of positive and negative imagery. Participants will leave with their own prints featuring thermographic foiling and the skills to replicate this process in their own studio.All paper, foil, and equipment will be provided.

Participants are encouraged, though not required, to bring their own laptops.
