Arrive and Refresh
Attendees will arrive and meet downstairs at the cafe for a complimentary smoothie and chance to start interacting with fellow creators, as well as creating content in the Pop Life coworking space.

Yoga Flow

Chair and Thai Massages + 1-on-1 Reiki + Wellness activities
Attendees will break off and visit different rooms for either a complimentary massage, complimentary reiki session or stay in the yoga room for wellness activities while you wait. Each guest has the option to receive both reiki and massage or just one.
