Welcome spring in the most delicious way with this bright and beautiful hands-on cooking class!We’ll be making fresh Lemon Ricotta Ravioli from scratch

Learning how to mix, roll, and fill homemade pasta with a light, creamy ricotta filling kissed with fresh lemon zest. Your ravioli will be served with tender roasted asparagus, sweet peas, sweet burst cherry tomatoes, and crispy pancetta for the perfect balance of fresh, savory, and vibrant spring flavors.

To finish the evening on a sweet note, we’ll bake a warm Chocolate Raspberry Cake — rich, decadent chocolate paired with tart raspberries that melt beautifully into every bite.

This class is perfect for beginners who want to build confidence in the kitchen, as well as experienced cooks looking to sharpen their pasta-making skills and enjoy some wonderful seasonal flavors.
