Doors open at 9:00 AM for check-in and seating. The live performance of Don't Worry Willy: The Musical begins promptly at 10:00 AM.

Online registration closes 30 minutes before the event begins. Due to limited seating, advance registration is strongly encouraged.

How long is the event?

The Don't Worry Willy Experience runs from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM and includes both the live theater performance and the interactive post-show Self-Care Sensory Experience.

Yes. All children and students must be accompanied and supervised by a parent, guardian, teacher, group leader, or designated responsible adult at all times. Completed waivers are required before entry.

No. The Don't Worry Willy Foundation does not provide childcare or attendee supervision during the event.

Is the Foundation responsible for attendees during the event?

No. Parents, guardians, teachers, and group leaders are solely responsible for supervising and ensuring the safety of their students and attendees throughout the event.

Is the event sensory-friendly?

Yes. The Willyverse Experience is designed to be welcoming and inclusive for neurodivergent attendees and those who may benefit from sensory-friendly accommodations. Quiet spaces and sensory activities will be available as part of the experience.

To ensure everyone enjoys the performance:

Please arrive before the 10:00 AM showtime.
Silence or turn off cell phones and electronic devices.
Remain seated during the performance unless necessary.
Use quiet voices and be respectful of performers and fellow audience members.
Recording is prohibited

Yes! Following the musical, attendees will participate in the Willyverse Self-Care Sensory Experience featuring art activities, journaling, wellness stations, sensory play, community resources, and interactive self-care experiences.

What are the seating arrangements?

Space is limited and tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Students will be placed in open seating on the floor however, there will be chairs available for adult attendees. We recommend registering early to reserve your spot.

Can schools or organizations reserve group seating?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Schools, homeschool groups, youth organizations, and community groups are encouraged to register early for group attendance opportunities.
