What is The Warehouse?

The Warehouse presents 2-3  original exhibitions of artworks a year from significant institutions and private collections. These changing exhibitions are developed specifically to suggest new perspectives on art and invite fresh questions that expand accepted notions of history.

How do I visit?

The Warehouse is open to the general public on Saturdays, 12-5pm during our Open Hours. You can find more information on private tours for school and education groups on our website at thewarehousedallas.org/visits/groups/

Question 4

Is photography allowed?

Accepted Answer

Yes, photography for personal use is allowed in the galleries. Some artworks may not be photographed and will be indicated on the label with a “no photography” symbol. Flash photography, camera lights, tripods or camera stands, and commercial photography are not allowed.

Is there food or drink available? Can I bring in my own?

Food and drink will be provided in the Warehouse Library. No outside food or drink is allowed. No food or drink is allowed in the galleries.

Question 6

Can I bring my children to The Warehouse exhibitions?

Accepted Answer

For this event, all guests must be 21 and over. During Open Hours, due to the fragile nature of the works on view, all visitors must be 12 or older, and visitors ages 12–15 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
