See Miami like a Native and join the famous South Beach Sound Healing Orchestra for their signature Friday morning Sunrise Sound Healing sessions. Bring a towel or blanket and be ready to relax. We start with some light movement and breathwork and then lay down and enjoy a magical sound journey that combines a variety of soothing instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, shamanic drums, flutes and didgeridoo. This is South Florida's most powerful Sound Meditation Experience and the best way to ease into the weekend. Bring a bathing suit if you want to swim in the ocean afterward. Highly recommended. This is a donation based class.
