Team Aita Weightlifting Training Camp

Overview

Join Max Aita and the rest of Team Aita at Max’s Gym in Oakland for a full weekend of Olympic weightlifting and technical development!

Tickets are for all 3 days! Please read below for general schedule! (Times are subject to change!)

Friday:
10am - Optional technical session and introductions
6 - 8pm - heavy snatch session
Dinner

Saturday:
11am - heavy clean & jerk session
Mid-day sight-seeing / team activities
4 - 6:30pm technical and squat
BBQ and team dinner

Sunday:
9am coffee Morning lighter technical and feedback session
10am technical and feedback session
Mid-day coaching, programming, other Q+A

Team Aita members will have access to a personalized program and feedback from the coaches to prepare and lead into the camp!
