What should I bring with me?

Yoga mats and floor cushions are provided. You are welcome to bring anything you need to be comfy laying on a Yoga mat (for example a blanket, pillow, eye cover, additional cushions)

What time can I arrive?

Doors open 30 minutes before the event start time. Please come a few minutes early, the soundbath will begin at promptly  at the time stated in the agenda to respect everyone's time.

Are there any accommodations for individuals with mobility challenges?

The location is wheelchair accessible. There are seats and a futon available for anyone who would prefer to use it over floor seating.

Are there any drinks/snacks available?

Accepted Answer

Tea and light snacks available. Donations to the snack bar are appreciated but not expected.

How can I find Metanoia Toolbox?

When you pull into the parking lot, park close to the first building. You'll see a walkway/hallway, follow that hallway towards the end. Metanoia Toolbox is the last glass door on the right! Welcome Home!
