In This Class Roll up your sleeves and get ready to cook! In this hands-on class, our Scuola Chef will guide you through making fresh ricotta gnocchi from scratch. You'll learn the techniques for mixing, shaping, and preparing these delicate dumplings before enjoying a tasting of the finished dish together.About the Dish Gnocchi are one of Italy’s most beloved comfort foods. While many traditional recipes use potatoes, this version features ricotta cheese, creating an especially light and tender texture.
