No.  Moving On Purpose is designed for all fitness levels.  The focus is on gentle movement, wellness, and personal growth—not athletic performance.  Participants are encouraged to move at a pace that feels comfortable for them.

Is this event open to both men and women?

Accepted Answer

Yes.  Moving On Purpose welcomes both men and women who desire to grow spiritually, emotionally, physically, and socially within a supportive community.

Question 3

What can I expect during each session?

Accepted Answer

Each gathering includes prayer, a brief devotional, guided reflection, gentle movement, and opportunities for connection and encouragement.  Every week focuses on a different aspect of wholeness.

What should I bring?

Accepted Answer

Please bring comfortable walking shoes, a water bottle, and a journal or notebook for reflection.  Dress appropriately for the weather, as these gatherings will take place outdoors.

What happens if it rains?

Accepted Answer

Participants will be notified of any weather-related changes.  Depending on conditions, sessions may be relocated, modified, or rescheduled to ensure everyone's safety and comfort.
