This immersive experience is designed to guide you away from the noise of everyday life and into a deeper connection with yourself. Through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other sacred instruments, you’re invited to soften, release, and return to a state of presence.

As your body softens and your nervous system begins to settle, space opens for rest, clarity, healing, and inner peace. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, seeking emotional release, or simply craving a quiet moment to breathe, this experience offers a gentle invitation to slow down and come home to yourself.

As with all of Bottoms Up! Yoga's events and classes, this experience is about more than meditation or movement—it’s about community. It’s about creating a welcoming space where people can unplug, connect, and support one another while enjoying one of the most beautiful views in Northeast Ohio.
