Through gentle guided meditation and open-ended creative exercises, participants are invited to explore the identities, roles, and expectations they carry—and begin to release what no longer feels aligned.This experience is not about artistic skill or performance. It is about presence, awareness, and honest expression. Using color, shape, and imagination, you will be supported in creating from a place beyond expectation, allowing what is beneath the surface to naturally emerge.Grounded in principles of yoga philosophy, this session offers a space for self-inquiry, inner stillness, and creative freedom.
