<h2>About This Event</h2>Too many mothers silently navigate pregnancy while managing serious health conditions — and they shouldn't have to do it alone.The Loved Ones Program is an 8-session community series by TruDoulas of New Jersey, designed specifically for the people who love and support pregnant moms — fathers, partners, grandparents, aunties, and anyone who shows up for a mother in their life.Session 3 focuses on mental health during pregnancy and postpartum — one of the most overlooked and stigmatized aspects of maternal health, especially in Black and Brown communities. This is an honest, supportive, family-centered conversation. No mental health background required.
