Join She Healz Wellness for Midweek Sound Reset in the Park, a monthly outdoor sound healing experience designed to help you release stress, restore balance, and reconnect with yourself.

Held on the first Wednesday of each month at Fred Fletcher Park in Raleigh, this 30-minute experience combines crystal singing bowls, guided meditation, mindful breathing, and relaxation practices to support emotional wellness, nervous system regulation, and inner peace.

Whether you are new to sound healing or have attended before, all are welcome.
