Winners of the 2024 Houston Blues Challenge and Quarterfinalists at the 2025 International Blues Challenge in Memphis, the band has been captivating listeners around the world! Their 2025 debut CD “The Road to Memphis” climbed to #15 on the Billboard Magazine Blues Albums Chart and also featured on the Top 50 Big Blues Charts in the USA and Canada, the Roots Music Report charts, the IBBA Top 40 in the UK, and the Top 25 International Blues Airplay Chart (ABARAC) in Australia. The leadoff single “Time is a Thief” is regularly featured on BB King’s Bluesville on Sirius/XM Radio. Mustang Red blends Southern rock, Red Dirt, and high-octane country elements with powerhouse vocals and guitar. Fronted by the sibling duo of Brent and Emily, the act gained widespread attention participating in the Houston Blues Challenge and releasing their popular single "Dangerous".
