I Wrote a Song

I Wrote a Song is a powerful, funny, and deeply human original musical about a formerly closeted gay Baptist minister who discovers that the first step toward honesty isn’t a sermon—it’s a song.

Told through original music, sharp wit, and moments of raw vulnerability, this coming-out story explores faith, fear, family, and freedom, asking what it really means to live truthfully when everything you’ve built depends on silence.
